Hi, I’m Dan Dunlap and I started Dunlap Remodeling (formerly Dunlap Construction) in 2013. I was born and raised in Des Moines and currently live in Urbandale with my wife and children. Construction and remodeling have been my passion since a young age. I enjoyed taking home building classes in high school, and after graduation I enrolled in the Building Trades Program at DMACC. After many years of experience in construction and remodeling, I decided to act on my lifelong dream of running my own construction business.
I believe that the job should be done right the first time, every time.
